Offerings change throughout the year so check back regularly.
REFRAMING PERFECTIONISM
When getting it right still feels wrong.
A five-week support group for anyone ready to face anxiety in community
This support group is for people who struggle with perfectionism
and the pressure to always get things “right.” Together we will
explore how these patterns affect daily life and practice developing
greater flexibility, self-compassion, and a more balanced approach to
life.
Tuesdays, in-person from 6:30–8:30 PM, May 19 – June 16, 2026

Mental Health Screenings
The CTS Counseling Center offers two FREE mental health screenings each year.
Couples Checkups
Couples can invest in the health of their relationship by attending a free Couples Checkup during a designated month each spring. This screening helps couples nurture their emotional connection and enhance intimacy by identifying ways to improve communication and empathy.
Depression Screenings
The CTS Counseling Center offers free depression screenings by appointment throughout October, and free drop-in screenings on National Depression Screening Day.
