CTS contracts apartment units across the street from the seminary’s main building. Student apartments are available to full-time students enrolled in a degree program and members of their immediate families. We welcome students without regard to race, gender, national origin, sexual orientation or veteran status.

- Residents are responsible for electric, telephone and cable television accounts
- Water, sewage, garbage and recycling included in rent
