A six-week support group for anyone ready to face anxiety in community
Join us weekly in a welcoming space to share your experiences with
anxiety, connect with others who understand, and discover tools for
feeling more grounded. Together, we’ll use creative expression, somatic
connection, and foster a sense of inner knowing to move-through and be with anxiety.
Thursdays, in-person from 6:00–8:00 PM, September 25–October 23, 2025
Interested? Send an email to an intern facilitator!
Cost is $10 for the series.
