Inspired by the work of five rounds of Faith & Action Project Grant recipients, the Faith & Action Project is looking for its next cohort of poverty-fighting innovators to support.
Available to Central Indiana faith communities, individuals and nonprofit organization, Faith & Action grants seek to help launch or accelerate initiatives that show the potential to make a lasting difference for individuals and families living in poverty. Our goal: Find efforts that have impact and can be replicated and expanded to work on a broader scale.
Seeking not simply to relieve the pain of poverty but to attack the root causes and mitigate poverty on an ongoing basis, past Faith & Action grant recipients have used their grants to teach homeless children, put roofs over the heads of children and families, provide pathways to employment, create communities of support and more.
