Kent UCC seeks an enthusiastic, empathic person to serve as a full-time Associate Minister of Faith Formation. This individual will work closely with children of all ages, facilitating a safe space for faith exploration with age-appropriate lessons and activities. Ideally, the Associate Minister will have strong organizational skills, a good sense of humor, the ability to build relationships with multiple age groups, and more. Kent UCC is an ONA, A2A, and WISE congregation striving to create an environment where everyone is celebrated and all creation flourishes in the compassion, healing, justice and love of Christ.
