Situated in the heart of Seymour, First United Methodist Church is on the corner of 3rd Street and Ewing Street, just east of the Seymour Police Station.
On Sunday mornings, you can join us for Sunday school, donuts and conversation, and worship. You can park in the large main parking lot behind the church (handicap accessible), the smaller lot off Fellowship Hall, or on 3rd Street in front of the church. Anyone inside will be glad to help you find a Sunday school class or show you to the Sanctuary for worship.
During the week, enter through the double doors off 3rd Street and you will see the main office where you will find a friendly face in Margaret, the Administrative Assistant. Margaret will be happy to answer any questions or connect you with a staff member. If you call ahead (812-522-1137) and tell us you are coming, we can arrange for someone to meet you, answer any questions, show you around, and even attend worship with you.
