
Rev. Dr. Melaine Rochford is a communicator, author, scholar, and singer who utilizes her multifaceted abilities in service to God and humanity. She currently works as an Associate Director for Faith-Based Initiatives for NYC Health + Hospitals and is also an Executive Associate Pastor at New Life Cathedral in Brooklyn, NY. Rochford earned graduate degrees at Hofstra University and Drew University Theological School and a Doctor of Ministry at Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology, Virginia Union University. Her proposed research focuses on the rhetoric and representation of African American preachers in mass media and culture. She currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
