Convocation 2025

Convocation for the 2025-2026 academic year will take place on Friday, September 5 from 9:00-11:00 am in Shelton Auditorium. This year’s theme “The Stories We Tell,” invites us to reflect on the narratives that shape our work, our community, and our faith.

The morning will feature Bourbon Revival —Kentucky’s number one Rockin’ Bluegrass Band—for a spirited musical experience and three panel conversations, led by President Mellott, with members of our faculty and staff will offer varied perspectives on how our storytelling forms and informs our collective calling.

Convocation is an event for CTS Faculty, Emeriti Faculty, Staff, Trustees, and Students to mark the beginning of the academic year.
