Housing

Housing Information for CTS Students

Christian Theological Seminary (CTS) does not offer dedicated on-campus housing. Students are responsible for securing their own accommodations and are encouraged to explore rental options in the surrounding Indianapolis area that best fit their needs and budget. It is important to look into housing options early – students are encouraged to line up housing well in advance of in-person classes.

CTS is located in ZIP code 46208, near Butler University, in a diverse and active residential community. Many rental homes, apartments, and shared housing options are available nearby — some within walking or biking distance of campus.

Please note: While there are apartment units located directly across from the CTS campus, these are owned and managed entirely by Butler University. Availability is extremely limited, not guaranteed, and entirely at Butler’s discretion. When available, these units have been offered only to full-time CTS students enrolled in a degree program and their immediate families — and only after approval by Butler University. Availability of these apartment units as a housing option should not be assumed. Students are strongly advised to explore other accommodations.

CTS welcomes all students without regard to race, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, or veteran status.
