We’re also proud that CTS is a gathering place for nationally known educators, theologians, public servants and ethical leaders.

We regularly host seminars, lectures and workshops to highlight religious and social topics of interest to contemporary audiences who respect a diversity of thought. The bells of Sweeney Chapel rang for over 10 minutes this afternoon to mark a historic moment... a new pope has been named!
White smoke rose from the Sistine Chapel, signaling that Cardinal Robert Francis Prevost of the United States has been elected the 267th pope. The first ever pope from the United States, he will be known as Leo XIV.
His first words to the world as Pope: "Peace be with you all."
May Pope Leo XIV be blessed and be a blessing to all!
