Finding Calm In Conflict – Thursday Therapy Group

6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. on Thursdays

This group is a growth group for adults (18+) focused on empowering you to better understand and improve your approach to conflict in your life.  We will cover things like:

• Values around conflict
• Power dynamics
• Building a positive outlook
• Conflict styles
• Emotional aspects of conflict
• Stress-reducing techniques

Together, we will seek to understand and learn from one another’s unique experiences with conflict and work toward approaching conflict from a healthier, less anxious place.

Cost: A fee of $20 covers the entire program.
Need based scholarships are available.
