Baccalaureate 2022
On Friday, May 20, the faculty and student body will gather in Sweeney Chapel for fellowship, reflection, and celebration as degree candidates from the Spring 2022 class prepare for Commencement.
Degree candidates will participate in the service with CTS President, David M. Mellott, Dean of Faculty, Leah Gunning Francis and Courtney Buggs, Assistant Professor of Homiletics and Assistant Director of the PhD in African American Preaching and Sacred Rhetoric Program.
The Scripture reading for Baccalaureate 2022 is from Ephesians 4:1-2 (NRSV):
I, therefore, the prisoner in the Lord, beg you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love.
