Our recent pastor retired after 32 years of service at our church. We are interested in pursuing possible seminary candidates that might be currently available or might be graduating in the near future. It has been a long time since we have had to seek for a new spiritual leader, so we are somewhat rusty in our knowledge of correct procedures in locating candidates.
We would greatly appreciate any help or advice that you would be willing to provide.
