Do you have a heart for Jesus and a love of working with children and youth? Bay United Methodist Church is seeking someone to lead, educate, engage, and nurture our young people in the disciple work of the Church. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or certification training through a Methodist Theological School or similar provider. Our congregation is looking for an experienced leader to grow our programs for pre-K through 12th grade. They must have gifts of strong communication and organizational skills, a knack for recruiting volunteers, an ability to relate to and inspire participation, and a willingness to engage with families.
