Pandemic Support Group

The Covid-19 pandemic continues to challenge us on emotional, social, mental, financial, spiritual, and physical levels.  We want to offer a place for people to join together for support and to find ways to increase their well-being during this time.  Being part of a therapeutic support group can have many benefits including increased connection with others, increased sense of hope, learning about oneself, improving coping skills, and giving and receiving support.

Who: Anyone struggling during the Covid-19 pandemic:  Are you experiencing grief, life changes, or social, emotional, physical or economic difficulties during this time? Are you looking to connect with others in a supportive, therapeutic environment to find some relief from the pandemic blues?  We are looking for adults 21 and over who meet this description to join our group!
What:
Our group offers 8 weeks of support and psycho-education focused on helping you to cope with the current challenges during the pandemic and to connect with others in a supportive environment.  We will focus on topics such as grief and loss, self-care, coping skills, and other topics relevant to the group.  The cost is $35 for the entire 8 week
When:
Thursdays, 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM. We are hoping to start the group ASAP in July.
