It is not uncommon to find ourselves at some point in our lives feeling “stuck” often leaving us scared, paralyzed, sad, confused, angry, and/or fed up.
It is my honor and privilege to walk alongside a wide range of clients and hear their stories. It is my belief clients are the experts in their own lives and I aid in the uncovering process of their inherent goodness and strengths. Through an open and affirming, culturally competent environment, I help clients feel “un-stuck” to then go and live the lives they were meant to live.
I work with individuals, families, and couples seeking help for a multitude of reasons some including:
- Low self-esteem
- Low self-worth
- Spirituality concerns
- Couple concerns
- Communication problems
- Pre-marital work
I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino and received my graduate training in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis. In working with couples, I am level 1 trained in Gottman and Restoration Therapy techniques.
If you are unsure of what you are looking for, I offer a free 10-minute phone consultation to see if we would be a good fit for each other.
