THE PRESIDENTIAL SEARCH
Update: January 7, 2019
From Don Knebel, Chair, Presidential Search Committee
It is with great enthusiasm that I can report to you that the search for a new CTS president has reached the next stage. Members of the Search Committee (Preston Adams, Ellen Annala, Jeff Bower, Suzanne Coyle, Christina Davis, Dick Hamm, Anita Harden, Liz Klimes; Don Knebel, Dave Miner, Omunique Owens, Helene Russell) spent last Friday and Saturday interviewing six outstanding candidates. At the end of the interviews, the Committee selected three of those candidates as finalists for the position. Each of these finalists would bring a wealth of talent and experience to us. When I spoke with the finalists Saturday evening, each expressed to me a real excitement to lead CTS should the position of president be offered. The desire of such impressive candidates to join us should make all of us very proud.
During the next few weeks, we will be learning more about the finalists and they will be learning more about us. I will write you soon to let you know about the plans for the final stage of our search. Our goal remains to be able to announce the next president by early March, to start in July.
I look forward to bringing you additional good news.
