CTS at a Glance
Beginning as a college within Butler University in 1924, CTS incorporated as a free-standing seminary in 1958. Today CTS is an ecumenical graduate theological school of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). For almost a century, CTS has pursued its mission of preparing ministers, counselors, and laypeople to serve as leaders of the church and the world.
