The weekly supervisor conference may include:

• Clarifying agenda: what we spend time on today
• Asking about recent ministerial activity
• Discussing how the Learning Covenant connects with the week
• Commenting (reflecting back) on the student’s demeanor, energy, etc.
• The student’s presenting a case in some form
• Interacting with the student on the case

  • Identifying the heart of the matter
  • Drawing on the resources of the Christian story to understand and interpret the event or circumstance

• Discussing plans/goals for next week and for next week’s consultation
