The following criteria for grading are taken from the SCOFE Syllabus found in Handbook
The SCOFE Learning process requires the following for M-516 – M-517
• Timely arrival and attendance in SCOFE group meetings.
• On-time completion of written assignments and feedback reports
• On-time delivery of feedback reports from Site Supervisor and MSC
• Demonstration of serious attention to learning through the SCOFE group process
-Genuinely engaging in the process
-Demonstrating appropriate personal openness
-Healthy giving and receiving feedback
-Using good listening and caring skills
-Learning from the process
-Serious attention to the Learning Covenant
-Growing capacity to reflect theologically in making ministry decisions
• Serious engagement in learning and serving in the site as attested in feedback from Site Supervisor and MSC
• Evidence of progress on the basic learning goals of the SCOFE process
• Progress in being known as a capable, competent and effective minister
