• Evidence of:


- Having and working from a practical theology in the practice of ministry


- Working appropriately and wisely with the systemic realities of ministry contexts


- Healthy ministerial identity


- Ability to lead a peer consultation process and learn from immediate peer feedback


- Increased competence in self-supervision


- Ability / willingness to work more deeply on personal reactivity issues that affect ministry


- Learning to lead change with openness to the transforming power of God


- Primary focus on effective leadership of congregation/ministry rather than on personal issues
