Field Education for SCOFE Supervisors and Site Supervisors/Mentors

SCOFE Supervisors are local pastors who are employed by the seminary to meet with students each week in peer groups. Site Supervisors are pastors at approved SCOFE sites where students are serving. They observe students who are engaged in ministry and give affirmation, guidance, and correction through weekly supervisory conferences. In some instances, students are solo pastors and are supervised by Mentors, who are local pastors serving other congregations but providing supervision to the solo student pastor.
