Information Services
Computers and software applications are available for student use in multiple locations around the seminary. Workstations are provided in the library, the computer lab, the Hospitality House and the Counseling Center.
All workstations run Windows software and provide access to all Microsoft Office products. Students are assigned a network ID and password during Orientation or by contacting the Information Technology Services Help Desk. Wireless Internet services are provided in several areas of the campus. Those services are only available to students who have a valid network account.

or by use of the Revelation Help Desk software. Students are assigned a Revelation account the first time they call the Help Desk for assistance.
E-Mail
All students are required to use e-mail as the primary form of written communication. Failure to read e-mail results in missed events, deadlines and miscommunications. E-mail can be accessed easily from outside the seminary by the use of Outlook Web Access. From any Internet browser, type https://mailweb.cts.edu/owa
Wireless Internet
Wireless Internet access is available to all students using personal notebook computers on campus. Students must see a CTS technician to have their laptop connected to the wireless network. Student equipment must comply with specified requirements from Information Technology Services:
- Notebook computer must be installed with Windows XP (Service Pack 2 or greater) or Vista (Service Pack 1 or greater)
- Notebook must have virus protection software with the latest virus definitions

Notebook must have a wireless network card capable of communicating with 802.11g or 802.11b access points
Computer Lab
The computer lab in room 126 can be accessed any time that the building is open. The lab closes 15 minutes prior to the building closing. To obtain your own key, see Information Technology Services or call 931-2302.

While classes are in session:
Monday -- Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Summer hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 p.m.
Macintosh
CTS does not support Macintosh technology. Additionally, wireless access is not guaranteed for Macintosh computers. However, CTS staff technicians will provide minimal assistance to help Macintosh users connect to the wireless network.
