Rich in history and architecture, CTS is pleased to have occasion to offer our building and grounds as a beautifully reverent backdrop for many programs and events. If you are interested in using our building or grounds for your meeting or event, please begin by reading our CTS Events Policies and Procedures document (PDF, 352 KB)
, which provides extensive information about our facility, pricing, and building use policies.
If you decide that you would like to apply to have your event held here, you can begin this process by completing and returning the CTS Reservation Request form (docx file, 155 KB)
to have your request considered by our Events Committee. Under most circumstances, we can have a response back to you within a week or less of receiving your form. (Availability may be affected by various factors including the current class schedule and the needs of students, faculty, and staff.)
If you have questions about our facility that are not covered in the Events Policies and Procedures document, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
or call 317-931-2333.
