If you decide that you would like to apply to have your event held here, you can begin this process by completing and returning the CTS Reservation Request form (docx file, 155 KB)
to have your request considered by our Events Committee. Under most circumstances, we can have a response back to you within a week or less of receiving your form. (Availability may be affected by various factors including the current class schedule and the needs of students, faculty, and staff.)

Hospitality House Overnight Accommodations
CTS students wishing to reserve a room in our Hospitality House can request overnight housing through the Office of Student Services. Email Ed Detamore
or call him at 317-931-2300, toll-free at 800-585-0117. CTS students are given priority in the reservation process.
